To track exactly how you fax via the Internet, the Reports section of your Fax.com account makes it possible to generate detailed reports that relate information about both inbound and outbound faxes. Several report types are available, including both Detail and Summary, and these may be further personalized based on your preferences.

Go to the Reports section

Step 3

Select your preferred report to generate

 

Available Reports:

Detailed

Displays call number, Ani, CSID, fax time, fax duration, # of pages, and fax status

Inbound

Filter reports based on date

Download Files Only

View comprehensive data relating to total faxes, completed faxes, failed faxes, # of pages faxed, average fax duration, and fax minutes. You may opt to filter your report by date.
